You are only permitted to submit content that you have created yourself, or where the creator of the content has approved the submission. You cannot submit photos or videos without the approval of the person(s) featured in the photo or video. If the person(s) is under 13 years old, you must have approval from their guardians. It is not allowed to submit photos or videos that have been generated or manipulated using AI.
By submitting photos, videos, and other content, all user rights are transferred to the company organizing the media collection. These rights are unlimited and perpetual, allowing the content to be freely used for public purposes as defined by the media collector, including use in marketing.
Luups AS uses AI in the administration of submitted content, including categorization and verification of the content's legitimacy.
